Winking Studios Completes Full Acquisition of Ampera, Appoints New Chief Revenue Officer

NewTimeSpace News: On April 2, 2026, Singapore-listed game art outsourcing and game development company Winking Studios announced that it had completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Studios Ampera Inc. on April 1, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement.

According to the announcement, following the completion of the transaction, Claude Bordeleau, formerly a senior leader at Keywords Studios, has joined Winking Studios as Chief Revenue Officer. He reports directly to Executive Director and CEO Johnny Jan and is responsible for leading the company's global commercial strategy across Western markets.
