Chasen Holdings Proposes to Acquire an Additional 22.05% Equity Interest in Subsidiary RPT for Approximately S$633,000

NewTimeSpace News,On March 17, Singapore-listed Chasen Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CLEE has entered into a share sale and purchase agreement with two vendors to acquire an additional 22.05% equity interest in RPT for S$632,974. Upon completion of the acquisition, Chasen’s shareholding ratio in RPT will rise to 77.05%.

NewTimeSpace News:On March 17, 2026, Chasen Holdings released an announcement disclosing that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary CLEE entered into an agreement with TTB and ADI, two existing shareholders of RPT, on the same day to carry forward the acquisition of the subsidiary’s equity interest.

Pursuant to the agreement, CLEE will acquire a 17.55% equity interest in RPT from TTB and a 4.5% equity interest in RPT from ADI respectively, representing an aggregate acquisition of a 22.05% equity interest with a total consideration of S$632,974. The consideration will be settled by the transfer of Chasen’s treasury shares, with a total of 6,393,684 shares to be transferred.

Chasen Holdings stated that this acquisition is a strategic initiative of the Group to enhance RPT’s operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation, and it is not expected to have any material impact on the company’s net asset value per share and earnings per share for the financial year 2026.
