Intraco Limited: Issues SGD and USD Denominated Digital Securities Commercial Papers
NewTimeSpace News: On May 21, 2026, Intraco Limited stated that pursuant to the SDAX Commercial Paper Programme, it issued the 29th tranche of SGD-denominated digital securities commercial papers (SGD CP Series 029A Tokens) with a tenor of 42 days and an annual interest rate of 3.4%, raising S$22.46 million from qualified investors. Meanwhile, the 22nd tranche of USD-denominated digital securities commercial papers (USD CP Series 022 Tokens) was issued with the same tenor and an annual rate of 4.5%, securing proceeds of US$5.68 million.
All papers were issued on SDAX Exchange on the same date. Taurus Point Capital Pte. Ltd., the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, acted as the financial advisor for the issuance.
