The placement price is HK$0.34 per share, with net proceeds of approximately HK$10.54 million, which are intended to be fully used for the Group's general working capital.

NewTimeSpace News: PROSP GP INTL(01421.HK) disclosed on January 28, 2026 that the previously announced placement has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 33.365 million new shares were placed at a price of HK$0.34 per share.

It is reported that the total gross proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HK$11.34 million. After deducting placement commissions and other related expenses, the net proceeds are approximately HK$10.54 million, which will be fully utilized for the Group's general working capital.
