Zixin Group: Expands into Overseas Fresh Agricultural Products Distribution Business via Joint Venture

NewTimeSpace News: On April 13, 2026, Zixin Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zixin Enterprise, has established a joint venture company, Zixin Fresh, with AANDJ Group. The joint venture will focus on importing and distributing high-quality fresh sweet potatoes and other agricultural products in Singapore and Malaysia, with Zixin Group holding a 70% stake and AANDJ Group holding a 30% stake.

According to the announcement, Zixin Group will launch the "NutriRootz Raw" brand, with the first two sweet potato varieties scheduled to be available in Singapore in May 2026.
