CYBERNAUT INT’L (01020.HK): Appoints Kong Junmin as New CEO, Taking Office on January 12

CYBERNAUT INT’L announced that to align with the company's development needs and enhance corporate governance standards, Executive Director Kong Junmin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 12, 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: CYBERNAUT INT’L(01020.HK) disclosed the CEO replacement in an announcement on January 12, 2026. The announcement stated that to meet the company's development requirements and optimize the corporate governance system, the board of directors has decided to appoint Executive Director Kong Junmin as CEO, with the appointment officially taking effect on the same day.

It is reported that Kong Junmin has served as Executive Director of CYBERNAUT INT’L since October 27, 2025, and currently also holds directorships in several of the group's subsidiaries. Following his appointment as CEO, he will sign a separate appointment letter with the company, with the term lasting until terminated by either party upon three months' written notice.
