CIPRUN TECH (01020.HK): Appoints Li Fushan as non-executive director

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 September 2026, CIPRUN Technology Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 01020) announced that Mr. Li Fushan has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 3 September 2026.

Mr. Li, aged 51, is currently the legal representative of Guangdong Zhicheng Intellectual Property Research Institute, with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property management and operations. He previously served at several technology companies, including Shenzhen Fengchuang Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd., Tencent Holdings Limited (stock code: 00700.HK), Shenzhen Coship Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002052.SZ) and Skyworth Group (stock code: 00751.HK). He has extensive management experience in intellectual property operations, corporate intellectual property strategic planning and management, and intellectual property platform construction and big data management, and has been selected into the intellectual property expert pools of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the provinces of Guangdong and Jiangsu. Mr. Li graduated from the law faculty of Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law, and has served as an adjunct professor or adjunct researcher at a number of universities.

Mr. Li has entered into a letter of appointment with the Company for a term of two years commencing from 3 September 2026, with director's remuneration of RMB 20,000 per month. Mr. Li has no relationship with any director, senior management or substantial shareholder of the Company, and holds no shares of the Company as of the date of this announcement.
