HISENSE HA(00921.HK): Subsidiaries Subscribe to COFCO Trust Wealth Management Products with RMB1.855 Billion

As reported by New Space Time News,HISENSE HA (00921.HK) announced in a 公告 on January 6, 2026, that it has optimized capital allocation through idle fund wealth management, with its subsidiaries completing the subscription of large-scale trust products. According to the announcement, the subscribing entities are the company’s subsidiaries Gorenje Company, Kelon Mould Company, and Refrigerator Marketing Company, and the subscribed products are multiple "Fengli" series collective fund trust plans issued by COFCO Trust, with a cumulative subscription amount of RMB1.855 billion, all funded by the group’s idle own funds.

The subscriptions were completed in six tranches over the period from July 16, 2025, to January 6, 2026, with the subscription amount per product ranging from RMB20 million to RMB1 billion. Among them, Refrigerator Marketing Company was the main subscriber, participating in five of the six subscriptions.

HISENSE HA stated that using idle funds for entrusted wealth management helps improve capital utilization efficiency and will not have an adverse impact on the group’s daily operations, core business development, or the rights and interests of medium and small investors.
