The Company together with its subsidiaries Air Conditioning Marketing Company and Refrigerator Marketing Company entered into multiple financial product agreements with Huaneng Trust involving a total amount of RMB 1.705 billion between 21 January 2026 and 14 July 2026.
The product is named "Huaneng Trust Xinying No.1 Collective Fund Trust Plan", a fixed-income product with a low risk rating. Its investment scope covers debt assets such as bank deposits and bonds. The investment term is subject to the redemption date of the subscriber, and its performance fluctuates with market conditions.
The Company stated that the subscription funds are sourced from its idle internal capital. Each individual agreement alone does not constitute a disclosable transaction. However, when aggregated in accordance with Rule 14.22 of the Listing Rules, the relevant applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but are less than 25%, which qualifies the transactions as disclosable transactions subject to filing and announcement requirements.
