NewTimeSpace News: As of 11:29 HKT on October 8, 2026, the Ping An of China Trust - Ping An East-West Select ETF (03477.HK) traded at HKD 17.440, up 0.81%, with a turnover of HKD 31,300.

NewTimeSpace has learned that the ETF is managed by Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) and tracks the Solactive Global Pacific Select HKD Index NTR. As of 11:29 HKT on October 8, the ETF had assets of HKD 744 million, a unit NAV of HKD 17.304 and a board lot of 50 units, and makes no distribution to unitholders.

A survey by the New York Fed showed the US one-year inflation expectation rose to 3.9%. Separately, National Business Daily reported that the minutes of the Fed's September meeting showed most participants considered it possibly appropriate to raise the target range for the federal funds rate further by the end of the year.

CITIC Securities said in an overseas strategy note that US equities decoupled from elevated risk-free rates during the holiday, with investors' attention shifting to the upcoming third-quarter results; for Hong Kong, earnings expectations for major indices excluding the Hang Seng Tech Index have started to stabilise and be revised up, with upgrades for property and construction, upstream resources, technology and financials.
