NewTimeSpace has learned that the ETF is managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited and tracks the FTSE China A50 Index, covering the 50 largest A-shares by market value in Shanghai and Shenzhen. As of 13:13 HKT on September 30, 2026, the ETF had HK$13.65bn in assets, a net asset value of HK$15.955 per unit, a dividend yield of 2.33% and a board lot of 100 units.
On the news front, the Ministry of Finance, the People's Bank of China and the National Financial Regulatory Administration jointly issued a notice to provide fiscal interest subsidies from October 1 for first-home purchases financed by newly issued commercial mortgages, offering an annualised 1 percentage point subsidy for up to five years, capped at RMB1m of loan principal per household, with the policy in place for a provisional one year.
