according to Reuters, preliminary Kpler data showed crude exports from major Middle East producers rebounded to 12.8 million barrels per day in September, the highest since February this year, with loadings through the Strait of Hormuz expected at about 7.4 million bpd this month.
The International Energy Agency noted in its monthly oil market report that, with the supply recovery delayed, global oil demand is expected to decline by 2.5 million barrels per day in 2026, a revision 940,000 bpd deeper than the previous forecast, before recovering by 2.6 million bpd in 2027.
