1. QUANTGROUP (02685.HK) Plans to Raise About HK$165 Million Through a Placing, at a Discount of About 15.32%

On September 17, QUANTGROUP announced that it plans to place up to 48.5294 million new shares at HK$3.40 per share, raising gross proceeds of about HK$165 million, at a discount of about 15.32% to the closing price of HK$4.015 on September 16. The placing intends to introduce no fewer than 6 professional, institutional or other independent third-party placees, and the placing shares account for about 9.34% of the company's existing issued share capital. About 55% of the proceeds will be used for e-commerce business development, about 15% for R&D investment, and about 30% as general working capital. QUANTGROUP is a Stock Connect target.

2. CALB (03931.HK)'s Profit Alert Materializes, with Net Profit Expected to Double Year on Year

On September 17, the profit alert previously published by CALB materialized, with the company expecting its net profit for the first half of 2026 to double year on year. On September 17, FINELAND LIVING announced that the company will hold an extraordinary general meeting on September 30 to consider three resolutions: approving the allotment of up to 370 million ordinary shares at HK$0.14 per share and granting a special mandate to the directors; confirming and ratifying the special transaction with share subscriber III; and approving the issue of 77 million warrants. On September 17, ZHIHUI MINING issued a voluntary announcement that the company entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Zhaojin Nonferrous Mining Co., Ltd. in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, establishing a framework arrangement for the two parties to carry out investment cooperation in mining projects within the Tibet Autonomous Region. The agreement stipulates that the cooperation model is "the company leading preliminary due diligence and business negotiations". ZHIHUI MINING is a Stock Connect target.
