I. Market Overview
On September 15, 2026, the three major Hong Kong stock indices declined collectively, with the Hang Seng Index down 1.00%, the Hang Seng TECH Index down 0.62%, and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index down 0.96%. The Hang Seng Index's full-day market turnover was 187.2 billion HKD, lower than that of the previous trading day.
On the board, among Stock Connect constituent stocks, TH MEDICAL-B surged 30.34% as it recently signed a sales contract worth nearly RMB 100 million, further accelerating its commercialization process; HQVT surged 11.83% as the "Zhiyuan Qiyuan large model" obtained an official model service qualification in Shenzhen; DAJIN surged 10.90% as European offshore wind expansion faces supply constraints, and the company's own transportation and shipbuilding build a new growth curve. EPIWORLD plunged 15.72%; HIPINE fell 11.99% as its share price had fallen more than 30% cumulatively over the past week, with lock-up shares to be released from restriction at the end of this month.
Southbound capital recorded net buying of HK$881 million on the day. Of this, Stock Connect (Shanghai) recorded net buying of HK$804 million, and Stock Connect (Shenzhen) recorded net buying of HK$76 million.

IV. Industry and Corporate Updates
1.GENSCRIPT BIO (01548.HK) Completes Delivery of Placing of 77.126 Million New H Shares, Raising Approximately HK$2.352 Billion
On September 15, the placing previously announced by GENSCRIPT BIO completed delivery. On September 11, the company entered into a placing agreement with Citigroup and JPMorgan, placing 77,126,000 new shares at HK$30.50 per share, accounting for approximately 3.50% of the existing issued share capital and representing a discount of approximately 4.7% to the closing price on September 10. Gross proceeds were approximately HK$2.352 billion, with net proceeds of approximately HK$2.327 billion, of which approximately 70% will be used to expand the group's AIDD platform production capacity and infrastructure, and approximately 20% will be used for R&D related to the AIDD platform.
2.BIOHEART-B (02185.HK) Enters into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with SHENQI MEDICAL to Advance Commercialization of the BioHeart Stent
On September 15, BIOHEART-B announced on HKEX that the company recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Shenqi Medical Technology, to jointly advance the commercialization and clinical application of the company's independently developed product BioHeart bioresorbable sirolimus-eluting coronary stent system, which is expected, as an innovative "intervention without implantation" solution, to provide more treatment options for patients with coronary heart disease through clinical popularization and standardized application.
3.TENCENT (00700.HK) Spends HK$101 Million to Repurchase 229,000 Shares on September 15
On September 15, TENCENT published a next-day disclosure return, stating that on September 15, 2026 the company repurchased shares through the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with 229,000 shares repurchased, at a maximum repurchase price of HK$445.8 per share and a minimum repurchase price of HK$428 per share, for a total consideration paid of HK$100,673,827.3 (approximately HK$101 million). The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled and were not held as treasury shares.
4.RUIHE DATA (03680.HK) Plans to Spend No More Than RMB 60 Million to Subscribe for Shares in LIGENT's (09856.HK) IPO
On September 15, RUIHE DATA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ruihe Data Technology (Hong Kong) submitted a subscription application on September 14 to subscribe for shares allocated under the international offering of LIGENT, for a maximum amount of no more than RMB 60 million, at an offer price of HK$32.96 per share. RUIHE DATA believes that LIGENT and the group have relevant strategic synergies, and that the two parties are complementary upstream and downstream industry participants under a "software + hardware" model, and can carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as integrated software-hardware computing power solutions, customer resource sharing, and optimization of data center energy efficiency.
