SIGMASTAR (301536.SZ): CSRC Filing for H Share Issue of Up to 85.58m Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 6 November 2026, SigmaStar Technology Ltd. (stock code: 301536) announced that it has recently received the Notice of Filing for Overseas Offering and Listing issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in respect of the Company (Guohe Han [2026] No. 2559). Under the notice, the Company intends to issue not more than 85,583,300 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to list on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The notice also requires the Company to report any material event to the CSRC through its filing management information system from the date of the notice until completion of the overseas offering and listing, to report the completion within 15 working days after the listing, and to update its filing materials if the listing is not completed within 12 months and the Company intends to proceed. The Company noted that the notice only confirms the filing information and does not indicate that the CSRC has made any substantive judgment or assurance on the investment value of its securities or the returns to investors, nor does it guarantee or affirm the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the filing materials.

The Company cautioned that the offering and listing remain subject to approval, clearance or filing with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and other regulators, and to market conditions and other factors, and are therefore subject to uncertainty.
