Pu Ying Innovation: CSRC Seeks Supplementary Filing on Nominee Holding

On 30 October 2026, the CSRC sought supplementary materials from Pu Ying Innovation on reductions, nominee holdings, high-emission projects and share pledges.

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, the International Department of the CSRC issued supplementary materials requirements for the overseas listing filing of Shenzhen Pu Ying Innovation Technology Corporation Limited, asking its lawyers to verify the matters and issue a clear legal opinion.

The requirements cover the company's history, including the reasons and rationality of the capital reduction, the pricing basis of historical capital increases and equity transfers, and whether there is any abnormal pricing or interest transfer. The CSRC also required a list of the parties, proportions, start and end dates, and release methods of nominee holdings, and an explanation of their formation, legality and any disputes. It also asked whether the company's built, under-construction and planned projects fall within "high energy consumption" or "high emission" categories.

The CSRC further asked whether the shares held by shareholders participating in the "full circulation" are pledged, frozen or otherwise defective, the basis for calculating market share, and the dividend decisions, tax payments and the necessity of fundraising. Pu Ying Innovation is a maker of smart financial printing and document-processing equipment, which filed for a GEM listing on the HKEX in June 2026.
