NewTimeSpace News: On October 26, 2026, Suzhou Denglin Technology Co., Ltd. (Denglin Technology) passed the listing hearing for the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, as disclosed by HKEX on October 25. CITIC Securities, China Securities (International) (CSCI) and BOCI are joint sponsors. The company is seeking a listing under Chapter 18C of the Listing Rules as a pre-commercial specialist technology company.

According to the prospectus, Denglin Technology is a general-purpose graphics processing unit (GPGPU) provider that develops and sells GPGPU products to meet the AI computing needs of China's diverse industries. Anchored in its proprietary GPU+ (Minsky™) architecture, which integrates GPGPU cores, AI acceleration units and a high-bandwidth on-chip memory subsystem into a single chip through on-chip heterogeneous design, the company focuses on enterprise AI as its core target market while seeking to expand into the public cloud market and emerging fields such as robotics, aiming to become a partner in China's industrial AI upgrade through energy-efficient, secure computing platforms and scenario-based solutions.

Citing Frost & Sullivan, the prospectus shows that China's enterprise AI GPGPU market grew from RMB1.9 billion in 2021 to RMB11.8 billion in 2025, a compound annual growth rate of 58.1%. Denglin Technology was the third largest company in that market in 2025 by revenue with a 1.0% share. The company attributes this position to its ability to precisely match the core needs of enterprise AI, including energy efficiency, cost-effective design, software compatibility and precision-tailored hardware and services.
