Desay SV (002920.SZ): CSRC seeks filing supplements over robotics business
NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) published its requirements for supplementary materials on overseas offering and listing filings (for the period from 20 September to 30 September 2026). Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Co., Ltd. (002920.SZ) was asked to supplement materials regarding its overseas offering and listing, with its lawyers required to conduct verification and issue clear legal opinions, covering five requirements.
The CSRC asked the Company to supplement the specific performance of regulatory procedures such as overseas investment and foreign exchange management in establishing overseas subsidiaries and to issue a concluding opinion on compliance; and, in light of its solvency, to supplement whether major borrowings and credit facility contracts before and after completion of the offering may lead to major ownership disputes or cause changes in its major shareholders, as well as the specific circumstances of all pending litigation and arbitration involving the Company, whether they may have a material adverse impact on its future operations, whether they constitute a substantive obstacle to the offering, and whether they have been fully disclosed.
The Company must also further explain the necessity and reasonableness of this Hong Kong listing in light of the use of proceeds, and supplement the status of its intelligent robotics business and whether it involves embodied intelligent robotics.
