HANWEI ELECTRONICS (300007.SZ): CSRC accepts filing materials for H-share listing

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, Hanwei Electronics Group Corporation (stock code: 300007) announced that it had submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) the filing materials for the issue of overseas-listed shares (H Shares) and a listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and that such materials were accepted by the CSRC recently.

According to the announcement, the Company submitted its application for the proposed issue and listing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 27 May 2026 and published the application materials on the Stock Exchange's website on the same date.
