Ruoyuchen(003010.SZ): Obtains CSRC Filing for H-Share Listing on HKEX

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 October 2026, Guangzhou Ruoyuchen Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 003010) announced that it had recently received the Filing Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Guangzhou Ruoyuchen Technology Co., Ltd. (Guohehan [2026] No. 2325) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, under which the Company intends to issue not more than 63,126,700 overseas-listed ordinary shares and to list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the announcement, under the Filing Notice, before the completion of the Overseas Issuance and Listing, the Company shall report any material matters through the CSRC's filing administration information system in accordance with the relevant provisions on overseas issuance and listing by domestic enterprises; within 15 working days after completion, the Company shall report the issuance and listing status through the same system and shall strictly comply with the relevant domestic and overseas laws, regulations and rules; and if the Company fails to complete the Overseas Issuance and Listing within 12 months from the date of the Filing Notice and intends to proceed, it shall update its filing materials.
