AMICRO SEMICONDUCTOR obtains CSRC filing for overseas listing: to issue up to 90,911,400 overseas-listed ordinary shares
NewTimeSpace News: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has recently issued a notice on the filing of the overseas offering and listing and the "full circulation" of unlisted domestic shares of Zhuhai Amicro Technology Co., Ltd., confirming the company's filing particulars.
According to the notice, the company intends to issue not more than 90,911,400 overseas-listed ordinary shares and to list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. In addition, 43 shareholders of the company intend to convert an aggregate of 360,133,644 unlisted domestic shares into overseas-listed shares.
