The Company is a global lithium battery electrolyte supplier, focusing on the R&D, production and sales of lithium battery electrolytes and emerging battery materials. According to Frost & Sullivan, by electrolyte revenue, the Company ranked third among global electrolyte suppliers in 2025, with a market share of 3.6%.

According to Frost & Sullivan, the Company's electrolyte shipments increased substantially over the past five years, with a CAGR of 59.6% from 2021 to 2025, higher than the industry average, and its market share rose steadily from 3.0% in 2021 to 4.5% in 2025. The Company has made strategic deployments in emerging battery materials, including solid-state electrolytes, gel electrolytes, solid-liquid hybrid electrolytes and sodium-ion electrolytes, and possesses mass production capabilities for all of these products, while also providing small-batch production services to meet segmented and customized customer needs. Its product portfolio covers electrolytes for power batteries, energy storage system (ESS) batteries, consumer electronics batteries and emerging applications.

Founded in 2004, the Company is one of the earliest technology companies in China to research, develop and produce lithium-ion power battery electrolytes. As of 30 June 2026, the Company has established two R&D bases in Xianghe County, Hebei Province and Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with four specialized R&D centers focusing on synthesis, electrolyte formulation, process development and technology research respectively. The Company holds 171 registered patents in China, covering new processes, new formulations, synthesis of new substances and application of new materials, with substantially all of such patents independently developed by the Company.
