NewTimeSpace News: On 21 August 2026, Qdama International Holding Ltd. submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with CICC and ABC International acting as joint sponsors. The Company is the largest community-based fresh food chain enterprise in China, operating under the well-known "Qdama" brand, with stores strategically located within residential communities to meet the daily needs of local residents. According to CIC, community fresh food chain stores accounted for 10.2% of China's total fresh food retail market in 2025.
The Company operates primarily under a franchise model, with most of its revenue during the track record period generated from product sales to franchisees. Its diversified product portfolio mainly comprises primary fresh animal protein (namely pork products; meat, poultry and eggs other than pork products; and aquatic products), fresh agricultural products (vegetables and fruits) and refrigerated processed food. The Company upholds its commitment of "no overnight meat," which has now been extended to all product categories, and has launched the "discount and daily clearance" sales model, gaining widespread consumer recognition of its "freshness" while enabling effective product matching and inventory management for franchisees. In supply chain, as of the latest practicable date, the Company operates 16 integrated warehouses in China serving as hubs for sorting, processing and distribution; according to CIC, the vast majority of its products turn over within no more than 12 hours at the integrated warehouses and are sold on the same day at stores, outperforming the industry average of two to four days.
In terms of market position, the Company achieved total GMV of RMB 14.3 billion in 2025. According to CIC, by fresh food product GMV, the Company has ranked first among community-based fresh food chain stores in China for six consecutive years; in 2025, by fresh food product GMV, it ranked seventh among fresh food chain operators in China's broader fresh food retail market, with a market share of 0.9%, and is the only community-based fresh food chain brand among the seven major market participants.
