(formerly Tianjin Atomrobot Technology Co., Ltd.) refiled its application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Huatai International acting as the sole sponsor. The Company is a high-speed industrial robot company with a product matrix covering four series - delta robots, high-speed SCARA robots, heavy-duty collaborative robots and embodied intelligent robots - focusing on automation and intelligence upgrades in core application scenarios such as high-speed sorting, precision assembly and precise handling, with products widely used in industries including food and beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, new energy, 3C and automotive.

According to Frost & Sullivan, by 2025 shipment volume, the Company ranked first among domestic delta robot enterprises in China with a market share of 20.4%, and second globally among delta robot enterprises with a market share of 7.7%; by 2025 high-speed industrial robot shipments, it ranked first in China's high-speed industrial robot market with a market share of 13.4%, and fourth globally with a market share of 5.2%. The Company has held the largest market share in China's domestic delta robot market among Chinese robot enterprises since 2020, and among global robot enterprises since 2023.

Financially, the Company's robot sales revenue increased steadily from RMB 65.0 million in 2023 to RMB 89.4 million in 2024, and further to RMB 163.3 million in 2025; for the six months ended 30 June 2026, it reached RMB 86.9 million, up from RMB 65.5 million in the same period of 2025. The majority of the Company's revenue comes from China, with its delta robots holding a leading market position in the domestic food and beverage, daily chemicals and pharmaceutical industries, and it has become the largest delta robot supplier in China's new energy industry, continuing to expand into 3C and automotive sectors.
