Shenzhen Hongyeji Geotechnical Technology: HKEX filing lapses after 6 months, largest non-state-owned geotechnical engineering enterprise in South China
NewTimeSpace News: On 17 August 2026, the listing application of Shenzhen Hongyeji Geotechnical Technology Co., Ltd. filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 February 2026 has lapsed as it exceeded the six-month validity period, with CEB International having acted as the sole sponsor at the time of filing. The Company provides geotechnical engineering services in South China with over 23 years of experience since 2002, focusing on pile foundation works, foundation pit works and mixed pile foundation and foundation pit support works, as well as other services including new geotechnical materials and pneumatic rock-breaking technology.
According to Frost & Sullivan, by 2024 revenue, the Company is the largest non-state-owned geotechnical engineering enterprise in South China and ranks first among non-state-owned enterprises participating in large-scale geotechnical engineering projects in South China with a market share of 1.9%; in 2024, it ranked second among the top 10 non-state-owned foundation construction enterprises in China. During the track record period, revenue from South China was RMB 1,228.2 million, RMB 1,111.1 million, RMB 994.0 million and RMB 715.2 million, accounting for 100.0%, 99.9%, 98.3% and 91.7% of total revenue respectively.
In terms of qualifications and honors, the Company holds a Class I qualification for professional contracting of foundation and ground works, as well as two Class II qualifications and one Class B qualification covering municipal public works, geotechnical engineering design in engineering survey and environmental protection engineering; it has been consecutively recognized as a "Shenzhen Top 500 Enterprise" from 2019 to 2024, as one of the "Shenzhen Top 100 Brands" from 2021 to 2024, and as a "High-tech Enterprise".
