The regulator requires the Company to explain the business content of its overseas subsidiaries and the specific performance of regulatory procedures such as outbound investment and foreign exchange registration for establishing such subsidiaries, with a conclusive opinion on compliance; and to explain in detail the use of proceeds, whether it involves outbound investment and whether relevant approvals, verifications or filings have been completed, and if not, to provide a commitment to transfer all proceeds back to Mainland China.
