NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, the CSRC International Department issued supplementary filing requirements to HGTECH Company Limited for its overseas listing, requiring supplementary explanations on 2 items - the compliance of its overseas subsidiaries and the necessity of the Hong Kong listing - with clear legal opinions from its lawyers.
