Hai Robotics HKEX IPO filing lapses; global ACR solutions market share exceeds 30%
NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Hai Robotics Innovation Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. submitted its listing application to HKEX on 13 February 2026, which has lapsed after six months. Goldman Sachs and CITIC Securities acted as the original joint sponsors.
The Company is a global leader in warehouse automation, focusing on picking automation and pioneering the integrated ACR solution. According to CIC (China Insights Consultancy), in 2024 the Company was the world's largest ACR solution provider, with a market share of over 30% by both revenue and shipment volume. In 2025, it launched HaiPick Climb, the world's first one-sided climbing ACR solution to achieve large-scale commercial deployment, supporting storage heights of up to 15 metres.
The Company provides tailor-made ACR solutions for two core application areas: circulation and manufacturing. Its business footprint covers more than 40 countries and regions, including mainland China, the Americas, EMEA, Japan and other Asia-Pacific regions. For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, orders from markets outside mainland China accounted for over 50% of total orders, contributing 39.6% of revenue.
