Hangzhou CIEC: Re-Files for HKEX Listing; Ranked Fifth in China among Commodity Industry Service Providers and Traders by 2025 Trade Volume

NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, Hangzhou CIEC Group Co., Ltd. submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with CICC acting as the sole sponsor. The Company is a commodity industry service provider and trader based in China, sourcing and selling more than 294 types of physical commodities, covering ferrous metals and raw materials, chemical products, non-ferrous metals and other categories.

According to Frost & Sullivan, by 2025 trade volume and sales revenue, the Company is the fifth largest commodity industry service provider and trader in China, with market shares of 0.9% and 0.8% respectively. By segment, by 2025 trade volume and sales revenue, the Company is the fourth largest steel industry service provider and trader in China, with market shares of 2.4% each; by 2025 trade volume, it is the second largest steel exporter among industry service providers and traders in China, with a market share of 5.1%; and by 2025 trade volume and sales revenue, it is the second largest iron ore industry service provider and trader in China, with market shares of 2.9% each.

The Company's full-process trade service capability better meets customer needs while enhancing its profitability, supplying commodities according to customers' requirements on delivery time, quality standards and specifications, and designing flexible pricing arrangements in line with customers' operational needs. Its transactions are typically provided in conjunction with end-to-end supply chain services, supported by customized consulting services to help customers improve operational efficiency and management.
