JINGXIN HKEX IPO Filing Lapses; 2024 Revenue of RMB 4.16 Billion and Net Profit of RMB 719 Million
NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to the HKEX on 11 February 2026 has lapsed, as it has been pending for six months. CITIC SEC served as the original sole sponsor.
The Company is an innovation-driven pharmaceutical group strategically focused on two core therapeutic areas, central nervous system (CNS) diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Its business model combines the commercialization of marketed products with the continued advancement of its product pipeline, with a product portfolio spanning pharmaceuticals (generics, innovative drugs, traditional Chinese medicine and biologics), active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and medical devices.
The Company has maintained a track record of steady profitability, recording total revenue of approximately RMB 4.16 billion, net profit of approximately RMB 719 million and R&D investment of approximately RMB 384 million in 2024. Its development trajectory has followed the evolution of China's pharmaceutical industry, extending downstream from intermediates and APIs into the pharmaceutical segment. In 2023, the Company successfully launched its Class 1 innovative drug Dimdazenil, which was approved in China for the treatment of insomnia.
