EVER GLORY UNITED: Files HKEX Main Board Listing Application; Ranked Second among Local M&E Service Providers in Singapore
NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, EVER GLORY UNITED HOLDINGS LIMITED, an integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services provider based in Singapore, submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX), with ICBC International acting as the sole sponsor.
According to the prospectus, the Company provides comprehensive M&E engineering services for infrastructure and buildings, covering electrical engineering (ELECT), air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), fire protection (FP), plumbing, sanitary and gas engineering (PSG), as well as production ancillary components. According to CIC, by 2025 revenue, the Company ranked second among all local M&E engineering services providers in Singapore and fourth among all M&E engineering services providers. The Company was listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in 2023 and transferred to the SGX Mainboard in 2025.
In terms of financials, the Company's total order book reached SGD 838.2 million as of 30 June 2026 and further exceeded SGD 1 billion as of the latest practicable date. Total revenue increased from SGD 47.5 million in 2023 to SGD 79.9 million in 2024 and further to SGD 121.6 million in 2025; total revenue increased from SGD 34.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025 to SGD 103.2 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Net profit increased from SGD 6.8 million in 2023 to SGD 9.0 million in 2024 and further to SGD 20.1 million in 2025; net profit increased from SGD 4.6 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025 to SGD 12.7 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
In addition, according to CIC, among the top five market participants in Singapore by 2025 M&E engineering services revenue, the Company holds the largest number of registered BCA L6 M&E engineering services workhead categories, enabling it to bid for and execute public and private projects without contract value limits while meeting stringent qualification requirements, creating barriers to entry for competitors.
