Weiheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.’s Hong Kong IPO Application Lapsed, Ranking 8th Globally & 3rd in Overseas Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage System Shipments
Newtimespace News: The listing application submitted by Weiheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 February 2026 has lapsed after the six-month validity period expired, with Huatai International and China Merchants Bank International serving as the original joint sponsors.
The Company is a leading provider of digital intelligent commercial and industrial energy storage solutions. Supported by energy management algorithms and full-stack technical frameworks, it delivers energy storage solutions for global clients. Per Frost & Sullivan statistics, for the nine months ended 30 September 2025, the Company ranks eighth globally by shipment volume of commercial and industrial energy storage systems and third in overseas market shipments.
As one of China’s earliest enterprises to tap into the overseas commercial and industrial energy storage market, the Company’s footprint spans over 50 countries and regions, operating more than 600 energy storage power stations across over 40 industry sectors. It owns 189 global intellectual property rights and over 570 various certifications. The Group operates three core R&D centers in Chinese mainland, alongside six regional offices and 20 service hubs in Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and other locations.
The Company has been certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a National Key Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise. It won the First Class Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2022, and consecutively claimed Gold Medals at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition in 2024 and 2025.
