Newtimespace News: The Hong Kong listing application submitted by ICS Corporate Services Group Inc. on 10 February 2026 has lapsed upon the expiration of the six-month validity period. ABC International served as the original sole sponsor.
The Company is a leading and fast-growing professional service provider supporting Chinese enterprises’ global expansion, with three core business segments: corporate services, fund administration services, as well as financial reporting and taxation services.
According to Frost & Sullivan research, measured by 2024 revenue, the Company is the largest domestic service player in the professional service sector for Chinese enterprises going global with a 10.5% market share, and ranks second among all global service providers targeting Chinese overseas expansion clients. It is the first and sole Chinese service provider holding a full suite of licences including the Category III Registered Agent Licence in the British Virgin Islands, corporate service licence in the Cayman Islands, and Trust or Corporate Service Provider licence in Hong Kong, covering key overseas jurisdictions.
