NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen RelyEZ Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. re-filed its listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on August 9, 2026, with CMB International acting as the sole sponsor.
The Company is one of China's leading integrated energy storage system solution providers, focusing on full-chain energy storage system solutions covering the entire process of energy storage projects from asset development and delivery to operation and management, along with hardware products, software systems/platforms and supporting services, applied to a wide range of scenarios including large-scale energy storage power stations and commercial and industrial applications.
According to Frost & Sullivan, in 2025, the Company's energy storage system shipments reached 5.4 GWh, representing a market share of 2.1%, ranking tenth in China's energy storage system solutions industry; and it ranked fourth in China's standalone energy storage industry, with new installed capacity of 3.4 GWh and a market share of 12.5%.
