KNATURE BIO HKEX IPO Application Lapses; Core NAD+ Drug Endai® Is the Only Domestically‑Developed Approved Product in China

NewTimeSpace News: Knature Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s listing application filed with HKEX on 5 February 2026 has lapsed following the expiration of the six‑month validity period. SDIC Securities International served as the original sole sponsor.

The Company is a biopharmaceutical enterprise engaged in R&D, manufacturing and commercialisation of mitochondrial‑medicine and wellness‑focused products. It devotes efforts to scientific research applying NAD+ in cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, reproductive health and ageing‑related fields. Adopting an integrated “Test‑Intervene‑Evaluate‑Re‑Intervene” approach together with an AI‑driven assessment and quantification system, it delivers therapeutic solutions for ageing‑associated diseases.

During the track‑record period, the Company marketed and sold 20 drugs, all of which are under production. Its flagship mitochondrial drug Endai^® (Coenzyme I for Injection) is, according to Frost & Sullivan, the only domestically‑researched NAD+ therapeutic drug granted approval in China and worldwide. NAD+ is a key molecule sustaining mitochondrial function and represents the biological link between ageing and multiple diseases.
