ZHONGXIN HOME HKEX Listing Application Lapses; Ranks First Among Chinese PVC Flooring Export Manufacturers

According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by global sales area of SPC flooring in 2024, the Company ranks first among Chinese PVC flooring export manufacturers with a market share of 1.02%; and ranks eighth globally by sales area of PVC flooring worldwide in 2024, with a market share of 0.61%. Its products are sold widely overseas. Overseas revenue accounts for 99.4% of total revenue, of which the US market contributes 81.2%.

Measured by global sales area of SPC flooring in 2024, it takes the top spot among Chinese PVC flooring export manufacturers with a market share of 1.02%.

The Group mainly adopts the ODM model and provides one-stop solutions for well-known overseas building material brands and retailers. Its products have obtained multiple certifications including FloorScore (US), ISO9001, ISO14001, EU CE certification and EPD carbon emission certification. In the first nine months of 2025, overseas revenue made up 99.4% of total revenue, and revenue sourced from the United States represented 81.2%.
