EAGLERISE ELECTRIC HKEX Listing Application Lapses; Second Among Chinese Suppliers of Global Medium-Voltage Transformer Equipment

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (CHINA) Co., Ltd. to HKEX on 30 January 2026 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month period. Measured by revenue in 2024, the Company ranks second among Chinese suppliers in the global medium-voltage transformer equipment sector, second among Chinese suppliers for new energy transformer equipment, third among Chinese suppliers of data centre transformer equipment, and fifth worldwide in the lighting power supply sector.

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application filed by Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (CHINA) Co., Ltd. with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 30 January 2026 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month period.

The Company is a global supplier of power equipment and solutions, focusing on sectors including new energy, data centres, power distribution, industrial control and lighting. It specialises in transformer equipment products and delivers customised integrated solutions. As at 30 September 2025, its business footprint covered more than 60 countries and regions globally.

Measured by 2024 revenue, the Company ranks second among the world’s top five Chinese suppliers of medium-voltage transformer equipment with a market share of 2.2%. In the new energy transformer equipment segment, it recorded revenue of approximately RMB2.6 billion and secured a 3.7% global market share, ranking second among Chinese suppliers. For data centre transformer equipment, revenue reached roughly RMB149 million, representing a global market share of 2.3% and third position among Chinese suppliers. In the lighting power supply industry, revenue stood at around RMB843 million, accounting for a 1.2% global market share and ranking fifth among global suppliers.

As at 30 September 2025, the Company owned 542 patented technologies within China (including 189 newly added in the first nine months of 2025). R&D expenses accounted for 5.1%, 4.2% and 4.6% of revenue in 2023, 2024 and the first nine months of 2025 respectively.
