NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Shanghai Boonray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiry of the six-month term. CICC and China Securities International serve as the original joint sponsors.
The Company advances industrial transformation through an integrated strategy of "unmanned operation + electrification", establishing a leading position in autonomous mining truck solutions. It is the first enterprise worldwide to deploy fleets of pure electric autonomous mining trucks in mining areas.
