NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Shanghai Boonray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiry of the six-month term. CICC and China Securities International serve as the original joint sponsors.
The Company advances industrial transformation through an integrated strategy of "unmanned operation + electrification", establishing a leading position in autonomous mining truck solutions. It is the first enterprise worldwide to deploy fleets of pure electric autonomous mining trucks in mining areas. Measured by shipment volume in 2024, it is also China’s second-largest supplier of autonomous mining truck solutions.
