TOPSTAR Developer of China’s First Humanoid Robot for Injection Molding Scenarios Refiles HKEX Listing Application

NewTimeSpace News: TOPSTAR refiled its listing application with HKEX on 20 July, with Huatai International acting as sole sponsor. Per Frost & Sullivan data, the Group has developed mainland China’s first intelligent humanoid robot deployed in injection molding scenarios and been designated as the Chain Leader Enterprise of Guangdong’s intelligent robot industrial chain by Guangdong authorities.

NewTimeSpace News: Guangdong Topstar Technology Co., Ltd. submitted a second listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 20 July 2026, with Huatai International appointed as sole sponsor.

TOPSTAR is a well-known mainland Chinese industrial robotics enterprise boasting integrated, self-developed business lines covering core robot components, robot bodies and automation systems, with deep expertise in injection molding equipment and CNC machining centers. The Group has rolled out mainland China’s first intelligent humanoid robot tailored for injection molding production lines and been recognised by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province as the Chain Leader Enterprise of the provincial intelligent robot industrial chain.

The Group has expanded its footprint in overseas markets. Overseas sales revenue accounted for 11.0%, 20.9% and 26.3% of total revenue in 2023, 2024 and 2025 respectively, demonstrating robust growth momentum. TOPSTAR plans to continuously push forward global expansion by tapping into overseas markets including Southeast Asia and Mexico.
