ZHONGJI INNOLIGHT: CSRC Completes Filing for Overseas Listing, Proposes Issuance of Up to 94.0044 Million H Shares
NewTimeSpace News: ZHONGJI INNOLIGHT has obtained an overseas listing filing notice issued by the CSRC. The Company plans to issue no more than 94,004,350 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Main Board of HKEX.
NewTimeSpace News: ZHONGJI INNOLIGHT CO., LTD. recently received an overseas issuance and listing filing notification issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). As stated in the filing document, the Company intends to issue a maximum of 94,004,350 overseas-listed ordinary shares to be listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Pursuant to the filing notice, the CSRC has verified the filing information of the Company’s overseas listing. Any material events arising after the issuance date of the filing notice and prior to the completion of the overseas IPO shall be reported by the Company via the CSRC’s filing management information system in accordance with relevant rules governing domestic enterprises’ overseas offerings. The Company must submit a post-listing report through the same system within 15 working days after completing its overseas listing.
The filing notice is dated 8 July 2026 and remains valid for 12 months. If the overseas listing cannot be completed within the 12-month validity period and the Company intends to proceed with the offering, updated filing documents shall be submitted.
