ZHONGJI INNOLIGHT Passes HKEX Hearing, Ranked World’s No.1 Optical Interconnect Player for Five Consecutive Years

The Company is a globally leading supplier of optical interconnect solutions, with optical transceivers as core products. Its products transmit data via optical fibre to deliver high-speed, energy-efficient and low-latency connections between servers, switches and other network hardware. According to CIC research, the Group has maintained the top position worldwide by revenue in optical interconnect solutions for five straight years starting from 2021, holding 21.2% of the overall global market share and 28.1% of the high-speed data centre optical interconnect segment in 2025.

It took the lead in launching the past three generations of high-speed optical transceivers: 400G in 2018, 800G in 2020 and 1.6T in 2023, each entering mass production and shipment roughly six months ahead of its closest peers. A pioneer in silicon photonics mass manufacturing, the Company became the world’s largest silicon photonics optical transceiver vendor by revenue in 2025. For the three months ended March 2026, silicon photonics-based products accounted for approximately 70% of revenue from its high-speed product lineup. The Group serves most top global cloud service providers and AI computing solution vendors, with the majority of its revenue generated from the United States.
