YONYOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.: Submits Third HKEX Listing Application, Ranked No.1 in China’s Enterprise Software & Service Market

NewTimeSpace News: Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. filed its third listing application with HKEX on 15 July, with CMB International and CITIC Securities International acting as joint sponsors. According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by 2025 revenue, the Company is the largest participant in China’s enterprise software and service market with a market share of 3.8%, and also ranks first among domestic Chinese enterprise software companies based on overseas revenue in 2025.

NewTimeSpace News: Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its third listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 15 July 2026, with CMB International and CITIC Securities International appointed as joint sponsors.

The Company is a leading provider of enterprise software and intelligent services, committed to the R&D innovation, commercialisation and delivery of enterprise digital-intelligent software and intelligent services powered by core technologies including AI, big data and cloud computing. Per Frost & Sullivan data, based on revenue in 2025, the Company is the largest market participant in China’s enterprise software and service market, capturing a 3.8% market share. In addition, it is the largest domestic Chinese enterprise software firm by overseas revenue for 2025.

The Company’s core product portfolio has undergone three phases of strategic evolution, spanning financial management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and YonBIP (Yonyou Business Innovation Platform). YonBIP empowers enterprises to realise online operations, data-driven decision-making and intelligent operation. The Company’s clients cover 78% of Fortune China 500 companies in 2025. The number of cloud service clients maintained steady growth from 2023 to 2025, representing a 31.1% year-on-year increase in the three months ended 31 March 2026.
