SINOMAGS TECH Secures CSRC Filing Approval, Plans Issuance of Approximately 26.89 Million H-shares with Full Tradability Arrangement
NewTimeSpace News: Anhui Sinomags Technology Co., Ltd has recently obtained the CSRC Filing Notice for Overseas Securities Offering and Listing together with Full Tradability of Domestic Unlisted Shares. The Company proposes to issue no more than 26,890,100 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Meanwhile, 41 shareholders intend to convert an aggregate of 115,218,724 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading in Hong Kong.

According to filing information, the Company intends to issue no more than 26,890,100 overseas-listed ordinary shares and seek listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Separately, 41 shareholders of the Company plan to convert an aggregate of 115,218,724 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares, which will be listed and tradable on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
