NewTimeSpace News: According to HKEX disclosures, the Hong Kong Main Board listing application submitted by RelyEZ Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. on 12 January 2026 has recently lapsed upon expiry of the six-month validity period. CMBI acted as the sole sponsor at the time of filing. Per Frost & Sullivan data, the Company secured 1.3GWh of newly added standalone energy storage installed capacity in the first nine months of 2025, ranking first globally among providers of full-lifecycle energy storage asset solutions.

RelyEZ Energy Storage is a global integrated energy storage system solutions provider, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of energy storage system solutions. According to Frost & Sullivan statistics, the Company recorded 1.3GWh of newly added standalone energy storage installed capacity in the first nine months of 2025, topping global providers delivering full-lifecycle energy storage asset solutions. Measured by energy storage system shipment volume in 2024, it ranked fifth globally with shipments reaching 3.7GWh.
Founded in 2019, the Group has served approximately 100 clients and delivered energy storage system solutions and products totalling over 10GWh. Its business footprint covers China, the United States, Japan, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Mexico, Kenya, Burkina Faso and other markets.
