NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by XTX Technology Inc. to HKEX on 9 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiry of the six-month validity window. GF Securities and CITIC Securities acted as the original joint sponsors. According to China Insights Consultancy (CIC), measured by 2024 revenue, the Company ranks sixth globally among fabless suppliers of code-type flash memory chips, fourth in the SLC NAND Flash segment and fifth in the NOR Flash segment.

The Company is an innovator in China’s storage chip industry, focusing on the R&D, design and sales of code-type flash memory chips. Operating under a fabless model, it supplies code-type flash memory chips covering a broad capacity range from 1Mbit to 8Gbit. Per China Insights Consultancy data, based on revenue for 2024, the Group ranks sixth worldwide among fabless code-type flash memory chip enterprises; it secures the 4th position in SLC NAND Flash and 5th place in NOR Flash globally.
Founded in 2014, the Company’s products are widely deployed across network communications, AI communications, consumer electronics, smart home appliances, IoT, industrial & medical equipment, automotive electronics, computers and peripherals. Its chips have been incorporated into supply chains of numerous well-known domestic and international brands.
