SIMCERE ZAIMING HKEX Listing Application Lapses Upon Six-Month Expiry; Recorded Most Out-Licensing Transactions Among Chinese Biopharma Firms in 2025

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application filed by Simcere Zaiming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 9 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiration of the six-month validity window. Morgan Stanley and China International Capital Corporation served as the original joint sponsors.

The Company is a biopharmaceutical enterprise concentrating on the research, development and commercialisation of innovative oncology medicines, covering a full value chain from drug discovery through manufacturing to commercial launch.
