HOSIN GLOBAL Resubmits HKEX Listing Application, Supplier to Xiaomi, Transsion and OPPO
NewTimeSpace News: HOSIN Global Electronics Co, Ltd. filed its second Main Board listing application with HKEX on 3 July 2026, and China Securities (International) has been appointed as the sole sponsor.
Per Frost & Sullivan industry statistics, based on 2025 revenue, the Company is the world’s fifth largest and the second largest independent memory manufacturer in the Chinese Mainland. For the four-month period ending 30 April 2026, the Company posted revenue of over USD1 billion and period profit in excess of USD500 million, reflecting sustained expansion in business scale and profitability.
Supported by its technology platform covering master control chip design and development, firmware algorithm development, test system development and storage medium characteristic analysis, the Company develops, manufactures and sells comprehensive memory solutions. Its core product portfolio includes embedded storage (eMMC, UFS, ePOP and uMCP), SATA and PCIe solid-state drives, DRAM products, portable storage products and memory die products, which are widely applied in smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, personal computers, servers, data centres and other sectors.
The Company supplies memory products to numerous consumer electronics brands and clients across consumer-grade scenarios, including Xiaomi, Transsion, OPPO, Vivo, TCL and Xiaodu.
