T-ALL Inspection Group Co., Ltd. Submits HKEX Listing Application, Aims to Be the First Oil & Gas TIC Stock
NewTimeSpace News: T-ALL Inspection Group Co., Ltd. submitted a Main Board listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 30 June, striving to become the first listed oil & gas TIC firm. Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) acts as the sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan research, measured by revenue in 2025, the Group ranks second among professional inspection institutions in China’s oil & gas integrated TIC solutions market and fifth across the overall market. It is the only Chinese TIC enterprise recognized by Iraq’s Ministry of Oil as a qualified second-party inspection service provider.

T-ALL Inspection is a leading globally operating Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) service provider from China, with core offerings covering integrated solutions for oil & gas exploration and development projects, as well as infrastructure assets. Per Frost & Sullivan industry data, based on 2025 revenue, the Group takes the second position among dedicated inspection service providers in China’s oil & gas integrated TIC solutions sector and fifth in the overall market. It is one of the very few Chinese members of the China TIC Council, and the sole Chinese TIC company accredited by Iraq’s Ministry of Oil to deliver eligible second-party inspection services.
