(688486.SH) submitted its second Main Board listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 30 June, with China Securities International acting as the sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan data, measured by 2025 revenue, the Company ranks first among mainland China’s fabless chip design houses in the video bridge chip market, capturing a 4.1% market share.

Lontium Semiconductor is a well-recognised fabless high-speed mixed-signal chip design firm, dedicated to upgrading data transmission and video processing infrastructure for smart terminals, equipment and AI applications. Its product portfolio covers two core segments: interconnect chips and intelligent video chips, which are mainly deployed in smart vision terminals, smart automotive electronics, AR/VR devices, as well as AI and high-performance computing (HPC) scenarios.
Per Frost & Sullivan’s industry research, based on revenue for the full year of 2025, the Company is the top fabless design enterprise from mainland China within the video bridge chip market, holding a market share of 4.1%.
