The Company is a fruit snack enterprise in China mainly engaged in the sale of hog plum food products. Per research from CIC, measured by retail sales value, the Company held a 29.0% share of China’s hog plum food market in 2025, topping the industry. The Company rolled out its first hog plum cake product in 1992, and its product portfolio has expanded to four other hog plum snack varieties plus other fruit and vegetable cakes.
As disclosed in the prospectus, the indicative offer price range is HK$5 to HK$8 per share, with each board lot containing 500 shares and an entry fee of around HK$4,040.35. A total of approximately 25 million Global Offer Shares will be issued, including about 2.5 million Hong Kong Offer Shares. The estimated total fundraising size reaches HK$130 million, calculated based on the median offer price of HK$6.5.
